To merge your letters (or documents) with your list automatically, you need to use ‘merge fields’ that are created and linked with the database within ProfitGrabber.
You can create a powerful marketing letter, you can personalize it by inserting a variety of merging fields into various places in your letter.
To insert a merging field, place your cursor in the proper location in your letter by left-clicking anywhere in the letter. Once your cursor is at the desired location, right-click there to bring up the context menu. From the context menu, select a desired merging field (Property Item Fields for your contact, User Mapping Fields for your information).
Remember to save your template as described in a few previous questions.
